Do not trust any Rogers sales at your door

Agent Saba arrived at the door to promote what she called no contract no fee cancellation internet package. I asked several times if cancellation is free ahe said yeah just cancel before installation. Then i found i was locked in a two year plan with 15 per month cancellation fee. Rogers will always try to charge more even after cancellation I had to call multiple time to get it straight out. Use another company.

Slow internet despite promised speed

I was supposed to have super fast internet according to the seller, but I don't. I only have access to an average of 6 Mb/s. Technicians have been trying to fix the problem for about a month and I was told today that my request is closed and that nothing can be done. I have wasted a lot of time and now I have to find another provider.

Unbeatable speed, watch for deals

Speed is great, they offer more than what i need, the main problem is their pricing, you only get good deals at the start and then it can go to double the price so you constantly need to watch for deals.

No plan for old router

Received a new router and took the old router back to a Roger's mall outlet. They would not take it back and said I should take it to the city eco centre. Why should the city pay to recycle hardware produced by Roger's? Why should I have to take it in? This is totally not acceptable.

I have found Rogers to be too expensive and not as reliable as it used to be.

Rogers App: Inefficient Login Experience

The phone app of Rogers is not quite efficient (in terms of the log-in experience). Hopefully, the roaming service (when out of the country) can be more transparent and has more in-advance options, although I am not sure whether it could be an issue for most of the carrier services.

Inadequate internet service, constant upselling.

Internet is slow & breaks down 2-3 times a month. When contacted all they do is try to up sell.

I have been a loyal client with Rogers for years. Due to many internet issues my work advised to change to Bell because many of my colleagues who work from home were having the same issues. I have called Rogers to my home numerous times and I was told the modem was old or service outage in my area. Will not refund credit of over $300 for equipment

I returned my equipment back in Nov 2023. In Jan 2024, Rogers billed me for unreturned equipment. Called spent 1 hr 12 mins on 01/29/24, was told a stop payment was issued on 1st check because they sent to wrong address. Funny how my bills always arrive on time but refund check was sent to wrong address. Called again spent 45 mins on 04/09/24, agent opened wrong ticket for unreturned equipment. I More
