Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. I have telus security, They needed a credit check when activated, I did it. Add a mobility acct. and they want to check credit again....Not able to look at the last check, so hit my credit again, then tells me the plan I want is not available, You need to pay more, after a 1hr fight I got my bill amount. Would not recommend this provider, but there all horrible here in Canada, You pay more for services here and get half the customer service.
