First off, the reception is absolutely terrible. However, the real reason I would not recommend this scam of a company, is because they purposely force people to leave them a credit by making top up options unflexible. I had a horrible experience with lucky mobile. They gave me a sim that never worked. I Was not given an explanation or a refund. They just took my money and provided me with an esim that was not working. Never offered any viable reason as to why....just kept sending me an esim number and QR that were not working. Crazy how they have not been shut down.

Signed up for 3rd month free promotion which they still charged me for. When I asked why they said they could TRY applying it to the 4th month. I asked for it in writing in an email/text and they outright refused.
