It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

I only have Internet with Ebox so no opinion on their TV or phone service. Switching from 120 Mb/s cable Internet to 500 Mb/s FTTH fiber (cheaper too) was worth it in my case. Worst service ever. The home phone was operational 8 days after connection. The smart TV no longer connects to the internet. You have to leave a message for a return call. If I had known that Bell had bought the company, I would have avoided EBOX because when I cut my services with Bell 10 years ago, I felt a huge relief. Which I will do with EBOX. They received their equipment on May 2, 2024. May invoice already paid by credit card. It's August 13, 2024 and I still haven't been reimbursed. I call in 2 weeks to find out when my refund, by check, and yes by check (it's 2024) will be sent and the only answer I get from them is: your check will go with the next batch of checks.....
